Robert K. Padgett, Sr. is a 41 year veteran of the insurance business. His distinguished career includes
terms on the Broker Advisory Boards of Blue Cross of California and Transamerica, featured speaker before the annual
meeting of the National Association of Prepaid Dental Plans and broker for two Fortune 500 companies. He has also
owned a Transamerica General Agency for 35 years. Padgett has raised over one million dollars for chariable causes,
including the Boys & Girls Clubs, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, American Lung Association and Kids at Hope. He and his wife Carol
celebrated their 43rd wedding anniversary in June. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Marie H. Schumacher has worked for Bob Padgett for 28 years and serves as Vice President/Administrator. She is a
licensed insurance agent. Her responsibilities include overall financial management of both offices and oversight of underwriting functions for the Transamerica and Fidelity & Guarantee Agencies.
Dennis L. Padgett, Bob's brother, has been with the Agency for 20 years and is Vice President/General Manager of the Nevada office.
Randy Holden, a former EDS executive, is Vice President/Employee Benefits.
Alice Gay, oversees technology, computer and customer service issues.
